I’ve owned two generations of the Airwrap and can confirm it’s only gotten better. While the original model required you to swap out attachments to match your desired curl direction, the second generation has a twist feature at the top for quicker alterations. It also harnesses the brand’s signature Coanda technology, which uses air to effortlessly wrap hair around the barrel. I find that this feature significantly cuts down my drying time, while also giving me those just-left-the-salon results I could never figure out with a round brush and classic hair dryer.
