Fresh off the Guts tour in November, Olivia Rodrigo posted an Instagram video donning her signature combat boots, a bright red lip, and a bold silver eye look. She shouted into a purple megaphone, her signature prop, announcing: “I’m the f****** new face of Lancôme!” Since then, we’ve been eagerly waiting for Rodrigo’s next move. The reveal: She’s the face for Lancôme’s Lash Idôle Flutter Extension Mascara, the brand’s new innovation, which is meant to give the illusion of eyelash extensions.

The Lash Idôle Flutter Extension Mascara joins Lancôme’s beloved family of mascaras, like the original Lash Idôle for lifting and Hypnôse Drama for volumizing. Though it might seem counterintuitive for the amount of length it lends, the Lash Idôle Flutter Extension Mascara has Lancôme’s smallest brush to date. The outsized effect is thanks to over 480 nano-brush bristles, which help grip and separate every lash for tons of length. The formula is a wax and water emulsion, which forms a lengthening film on your eyelashes that stays put for up to 24 hours. Rodrigo sums it up perfectly in the new campaign video: “Smart, tiny brush, fluttery lashes, crazy long length.”

The video, set to her song “Obsessed,” shows Rodrigo wearing a black sequined bodysuit and applying the mascara herself. “Feels like my longest lash era…ever,” she says with a wink, showing off her own fluttery lashes. Watch the campaign in full below.
