Moving isn’t fun, and neither is house cleaning, nor house keeping. But you know what is fun (at least to this somewhat neurotic editor)? Decorating. Whether you’re decking the halls for Christmas or simply looking to switch up the aesthetic of your guest room, there’s never a bad time to redecorate. In fact, now is actually a very opportune time because Black Friday sales are upon us. Amid deals on furniture, tech, designer fashion, and more, I found a robust selection of home décor, including washable rugs, original wall art, and even some festive goodies. Below, keep an eye on this season’s best Black Friday décor sales from Amazon, Wayfair, Anthropologie, and more.
One piece of holiday advice I like to follow is that as you bustle around getting gifts for everyone else, it’s also a good time to treat yourself to a little something special. And when I want to treat myself (and my abode), I head to West Elm. As we wait for specifics on the Black Friday savings, find some of the currently marked down items on the site below.
Of course, America’s favorite department store is getting in on the savings, too. Get up to 60 percent off ahead of Black Friday. But regardless of the holiday, Nordstrom’s home sale section is consistently stocked with incredible deals and coveted bestsellers.
Anthropologie does a lot of things well, but décor is one area where it really excels. I mean, have you seen those window displays? Walking through that store makes my arts-and-crafts-loving brain go haywire. All those paper mâché masterpieces and woodland dioramas…see, I can’t even focus long enough to get to the point—don’t miss this sale section; it’s bound to be chock-full of giftable items.
Amazon
It goes without saying that Amazon is the motherland for massive sales. From November 21 through December 2, thousands of items will be marked down across the behemoth e-tailer’s site. Everything is fair game, from Coach items and beauty essentials to furniture like bed frames and couches.
Pottery Barn
I know October is over, and everyone is focused on winter holiday decorating, but I simply have to make some noise because the viral ghost pillows are on sale for Pottery Barn’s pre-Black Friday sale. Run, don’t walk.
Rifle Paper Co.
Rifle Paper Co. has you covered this gifting season. From November 18 through November 21, get five stocking stuffers for $45. Early access for Black Friday kicks off November 20 and runs through November 24, during which shoppers can use code CYBER30 for 30 percent off sitewide. That discount will carry through November 25 to December 5, no code necessary.
Schoolhouse
With all due respect, if you aren’t shopping for home décor at Schoolhouse, you’re fumbling. The prices are reasonable to begin with, and in the sale section, you can get downright steals. One of my favorite purchases from here is this magnetic framing kit. See you never, overpriced framing store!
Wayfair
It’s time to round up all your household needs because Wayfair’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday offerings are about to be off the hook—as in, 80 percent off the hook—from November 21 through December 2. And while this site is best known for furniture, don’t sleep on the décor. From area rugs to stylish light fixtures, there are treasures untold. Right now, shoppers can save up to 70 percent in the Black Friday Sneak Peek section.
