I haven’t eaten meat for more than 30 years, haven’t eaten dairy for over six years, and stopped eating eggs over a year ago. Embracing a whole-food, plant-based, oil-free diet has made me feel incredible. My skin is clearer, I no longer get sinus infections, my bloating improved, I sleep well, I’m energetic, happy, and healthy, but I’ve noticed that I still battle with extreme, insatiable sugar cravings.
