I started using The Five Minute Journal on January 1, 2021, as a way to bring some more mindfulness to my days. I start my day off with some gratitude practice, intention setting, and affirmations, and I end my day with positivity and reflection. It really does take just a few minutes, and not only have I noticed a positive shift in my attitude, I really notice on the days I forget to write.
